Hi everyone my name is Holly, Thank you so much for visiting my page and supporting my small independent business. I have since a young age always been interested in art. I started off using a simple pencil and paper making sketches and doodles. I particularly explored fantasy and gothic art, for me it is a place I could really explore my visual imagination and create a story. You can create your own worlds, your own make believe and translate that to paper. I then began to explore with a paintbrush and acrylic paints, it never really spoke to me before as much as the pencil did. Eventually I grew to fall in love with it, and now always grab the paintbrush first. It is a great love of mine, a passion that brings happiness and makes me feel complete. I developed my own style of that gateway between realism and fantasy. I love using different textures to create movement and depth, I explore both semi abstract and contemporary, as well as nature and animals. I have a great respect, compassion and love for animals and hope this translates in my paintings, especially animals which are endangered or misunderstood. I also find excitement in exploring fantasy, my own worlds of imagination where I can create a story that I hope speaks to others and draws in their imaginations and allows them to connect. 

I decided to bite the bullet and turn my passion into a dream of starting my own business which I hope all can enjoy and some of my work may speak and connect to someone. Having a chronic health condition it makes finding work feel impossible at times, so taking this risk and independently creating a small business for myself feels like a mountain, but it is one where I feel excitement and anticipation. I hope it may inspire others to do the same and take a leap of faith in something they love. 

I also have a deep passion and love for helping animals. I do voluntary work at the most wonderful hardworking rescue 'Four Paws One Heart Rescue' whom rescues in Egypt and homes to the UK and Ireland. They completely change the lives of both dogs and cats (and occasional monkeys) from a life of the worst abuse and neglect, to one of safety, kindness, care and love. I will be donating 10% of every sale from my paintings directly to the rescue to help them continue their vital and lifesaving work.
